· All commissions are for personal use only. You are welcome to use the artwork as a profile picture or banner, but it may not be used for any commercial or profit-related purposes.· I retain full copyright over all works I create, and under no circumstances may my artwork be uploaded into AI engines.· Unless requested otherwise, I reserve the right to share the finished piece on my social media and to include it in my portfolio.· Please note that unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain ownership of all artwork and may use it for prints, online sales, marketing, publications, merchandise, and other forms of monetization.· The prices listed are base rates only. The final cost may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and the level of detail requested. I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel the request is outside my skill set or involves subject matter I do not accept.· Standard turnaround time is up to two months to account for unforeseen circumstances. Rush orders with a fixed deadline will incur additional fees. I dedicate many hours to ensuring quality and detail in every piece, so I kindly ask for patience throughout the process. Progress updates are usually provided at three stages: the initial sketch, flat colors, and the final review. If you have not received an update in some time, you are always welcome to request one.· Reposting and sharing the finished artwork is allowed, provided proper credit is given. To guarantee accuracy and avoid mistakes, visual references are required. Non-visual references may result in additional charges or may not be accepted.· During the process, I will send progress images (including sketch and, if necessary, flat colors) for your review. Once the sketch is approved, refunds are no longer possible unless I decide otherwise. At the final stage, you may request up to three minor revisions free of charge. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will incur an extra fee. Once the commission is finalized and approved, I will provide you with high-resolution .png and .jpeg files. Please note that no physical products are shipped.· By commissioning me, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms stated above.

· Payment can be made either in full upfront or with a 50% deposit before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid before I continue with the final artwork. If a commission is canceled after the deposit is paid but before the sketch is approved, a partial refund will be issued, though at least 25% of the total cost will be retained. If I am unable to complete a commission, a partial refund will be provided depending on the amount of work completed, with at least 25% of the cost retained. In cases where aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior occurs, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. If this happens, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total payment, and I will retain the rest.
